  • Pickup is provided from hotels and lodges in Moshi town. Please wait at the hotel reception or main entrance at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Pickup time is usually between 07:00–08:00 AM, depending on the climbing route and gate. Our driver or mountain guide will arrive in a clearly identified vehicle and ask for you by name. For guests staying in private apartments or locations without a reception, please wait outside at the main gate or a clearly visible meeting point. Pickups from Arusha or outside Moshi can be arranged upon request and may involve an additional transfer cost. Please keep your phone switched on in case we need to contact you.
