  • Clients will be picked up from their hotel or lodge in Moshi town. Please wait at the hotel reception or main entrance at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver or mountain guide will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle and will ask for you by name. Pickup time is usually between 07:00 – 08:00 AM, depending on the climbing route and gate. For clients staying in private apartments or locations without a reception, please wait outside at the main gate or a clearly visible point along the main road. If you are staying outside Moshi town (e.g. Arusha or remote lodges), pickup arrangements will be confirmed in advance and may require an additional transfer fee. Please keep your phone switched on in case the driver or guide needs to contact you.
